Many people wonder what models eat to stay slim. We may assume their diets are restrictive, but most of the time it is not the case. A restrictive diet is not sustainable on the long term.

Romee Strijd – What I Eat In A Day at Home

Romee Strijd is a Dutch model, who became famous as a Victoria’s Secret model.
She kicks off her morning early (8:00 am) with lemon water. She squeezes half a lemon in a big glass of water and drinks it on empty stomach 15-20 minutes before breakfast. It helps kickstart the digestion and gives a quick energy boost.
8.30 am is breakfast time. How about oatmeal? It is high in fiber and carbs, keeps you full and is tasty too.
Here is what you need for this recipe:
  • 40 g oatameal
  • chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Blueberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Peanut butter
  • Half a banana
11:00 am is snack time – strawberries and almonds, and other snack variations.
For lunch (1:00 pm) she had avocado toast, as it has a lot of healthy fats and keeps her full until dinner.
The 4:00 pm snack consisted of hummus with sliced carrots and cucumbers.
For dinner (7:00 pm) she cooked a recipe from Hello Fresh – eggplant with feta and pomegranate seeds, with some rice on the side.

For breakfast she could have a smoothie – an example can be a mix of almond milk, fresh papaya, spinach, blueberries and raspberries, spinach, bluebberies, and almond butter. Dinner can consist of slow roast chicken with onion, garlic, fresh lemon, turmeric, rosemary, and coconut oil. The preparation is simple: cook the chicken in the oven, and serve it with sweet mashed potatoes. Optionally, you can serve dinner with a salad (cabbage, baby spinach, parsley, finely chopped cucumber, olives, halloumi cheese, sunflower seeds, pine nuts and celery).

Ashley Graham is an American model and television presenter. Over the past few years, Ashley has conquered the modeling world and developed a reputation as a successful entrepreneur.
She is a high coffee drinker – she drinks 3-4 cups a day. Sometimes she has a special latte with oat milk. She also drinks about a galon of water (3-4 liters) a day to counteract the coffee dehydration.
For breakfast she usually makes scrambled eggs with oat milk and Himalayan salt, served with gluten-free bread. She says that gluten free-bread was a game changer for her. She makes a sandwich with toast, butter and ham, and then the scrambled eggs, which make a consistent breakfast. She also has a juice, she loves the brand Natalie’s.
Other breakfast variations include bone broth, gluten free cookies, peanuts M&Ms, avocado with sea salt and a bit of olive oil.
For lunch, she will have a salad made with romain lettuce, Parmesan chips with avocado, chicken, carrots, cucumber, a honey mustard or a spicy dressing.
Dinner is usually at about 6 pm, she feel better when she eats early. She doesn’t typically cook for dinner, sometimes she chooses food delivery. In this video, she prepares lamb stew on the stove, made with lamb, purple potatoes, whole garlic, cooked in the oven for about an hour and 30 minutes. Other variations include chicken with garlic, salt and pepper.
Late night snacking is allowed too. It typically consists of frozen dark chocolate, or sliced apples.

Vita Sodorkina is a Russian model best known for her Victoria’s Secret Fashion shows.
Here is what Vita Sodorkina eats in a day:
For breakfast she can have a salad with broccoli, greens, a toast with vegan cream cheese, avocado, corn, nuts and salmon, with olive oil, salt and pepper as dressing.
For lunch she can have toast with vegan cream cheese, salmon, and a topping of fresh parsley.
Dinner will consist of oven baked potatoes with fish, and a salad side. She prepares the fish fillet in a tray, with olive oil, salt and pepper, other fish condiments and seafood blend, with parsley and wine on top of the fish. She wraps the fish in foil and let the fish marinate. The side dish will consist of baked potatoes, and she will also have a salad with spinach, goat cheese, walnuts, and pears.
