“I bought this gadget MOSTLY for working on my abs. Crunches make my neck hurt. This thing is pretty easy to use, and it does allow you to do crunches without the neck pain, but there is only one ab move, and I really wanted to work my upper, lower, side, etc. It is called “Core Max”, in all fairness, and has a routine for arms, booty, legs, abs. The booty thing, sitting on the rollers is VERY awkward and uncomfortable.

“Nice pedal bike for winter indoor biking. This bike has nice features and is quite quiet. Pedal bikes have come a long way from the old ones that just go around and around and that’s all. “Great workout! Super great abdominal workout which was really hard to do initially but I’m working my way up in reps so I know it’s working.
